Merino Homes creates uniquely personal and luxurious homes to suit the lifestyles of every type of family. The family-run business is owned and operated by Katie and David Gleeson. As an experienced builder and carpenter, David manages the on-site operations of each Merino build, ensuring an exceptional end product. Katie relies on her design and business background to manage all the other elements of the business, resulting in a smooth and stress-free construction process, time and time again. The Merino Homes partnership begins well before the first brick is laid, with David and Katie taking the time to understand you, your family and your lifestyle and building a unique home that is the perfect fit. They meticulously consider the layout and functionality of each home, making sure that the individual family dynamic is catered for.
